A gentle and effective chest rub that will bring relief for all the family.

Rakiura Cough Away Chest Rub has both powerhouses Kūmarahou & Kawakawa. Both plants have been used for generations, traditionally for breathing, congestion, sinus relief, coughs and chest complaints from the common cold. These plants along with carefully selected essential oils of Lavender, Manuka and Lemon, work together to ease congestion, shift stubborn mucus, help a nagging cough and clear the runny nose.

Directions: Massage into chest and back area as needed.
Recent anecdotal evidence shows that applying to the soles of feet and covering with socks can also provide relief for some coughs.
External use only. Keep away from eyes and mouth.
